How do you know you are ready to date and have sex again?

    I had E.D, for so far I can tell by watching porn like a mad man. And my brain really got warped by it.

    I stopped watching porn since late January 2016. Since then I have not masturbated and shied away from personal contact with women.

    My sexual fantasies have gone to normal, I get sexually exited by ordinary women walking down the street, and I feel like a much more happy, healthy and energetic person. But I did not have a girlfriend during this time so I don't really know where I truly stand. At the same time I would like to be dating gain.

    What were for you the signs that you could start dating again? How do you know E.D. is cured without actually having sex? Is 4 months of Nofap enough? I don't feel like trying to have sex and then find out I can't.

    I ask because I don't want to dive in too soon and let all my efforts so far to go to waist. And I don't mind NoFap for another few months.

    IMO, as soon as your PIED goes away. However I would technically wait atleast a month after you can get hard to normal girls again, just to make sure everything is completely healed.

    I did many O last three months without any fantasies or watching anything and I decided to stop after last O in yesterday with few touches in few seconds, however I can now get hard without even touching but I set 100 days goal in my counter because of shame feeling that I get it and I don't know if days number are enough or not!!
    I asked many people and they said that I have to find and get real girl now but I didn't
    Note: I quitted PMO since Feb 2015
