    OP, I would advise you to stay away from strip clubs. I've only ever been once, and it was a *very* expensive experience. The women there rely on keeping you aroused so that you'll keep paying more and more money for 'dances' without actually getting off and relieving yourself. $700 later you'll walk out and end up going and fapping and feeling terrible.

    Besides, if you've gone and done the equivalent of about three hours of "edging", you might just as well go and fap and release it anyway. After all, your body has just spend three hours wasting nutrients in sperm production while you were there.

    I always feel seedy, and uncomfortable at strip clubs. I think it would be healthier to go to an actual bar/club and socialize with women who you actually have a chance with.

    Ye now this was a few days ago I realised what a bad idea it was. I went with a few friends at the end of a night out so it's not like I just went to a strip club off my own back. But ye in hindsight it was a terrible idea because as im sure u can imagine not long after posting here my run came to an end because the urge was just to great and I binged ended up fapping 5 times over the course of the next day.on day 2 now and the struggle is real to get through today but Owe'll we learn from our mistakes right.

    I just feel that strip joints, and escorts are not viable for recovering and establishing healthy relationships. In fact I believe it's some what poisonous for those in the early stages of recovery.


    Go out, and meet women. Socialize, and actually form a relationship not something fixated on the size of your wallet. These experience can actually in return make you more depressed.

    Strip clubs and lap dances are definitely equivalent to porn and edging. Dopamine rush, feeding the excitement, wallowing in an unrealistic fantasy, putting yourself in a situation that will NOT lead to any sort of real human connection.

    Can't say I've been to a strip club, because I've never been there, but everyone here's right. Strip clubs can be a total waste of money and lack of motivation to remain fap free.
