WET dream

I had a strange experience some nights ago. I was dreaming about P-girls I think and then I suddenly woke up with urge and then I had a some kind of O with ejaculation. Don't know if it can be called a wet dream because I was awake, half-sleep or something. I couldn't sleep again after that because I was to nervous about I had relapsed. That was my first thought. Later in the day I have not be feeling well in my stomach, but I feel better now. I think I consider this as a wet dream, but did I relapse??!! I have gone over a month no PMO now.
I asked one Fapstronaut in here and he said that I should not count it AS a relapse, but if it happened again I should, what do you think!?
