Late at night, day 4. Days 3-5 are usually hard for me to overcome my M habit. (I can often avoid watching porn at this stage but getting through this period with no M is often difficult). Last night I did a bunch of pushups and situps and had a freezing cold shower at ~1:00am in order to defeat an urge lol, probably end up being the same tonight! Wish me luck!

 

My day was easy without any urges.

I am on my day 5. Big day for me. I normally relapsed on day 4 only. This time I am with new energies. Wanna kik this out.

 

Day 40 and the only thing I gain is not doing PMO . Because it gives everything you need in the entire world . I hate PMO . it is my biggest enemy . It will die soon. Stay strong fighters .And a warm welcome to all new fighters .

 

I am also on Day 5, and day 4 is usually hard for me too

Day 41 had a wet dream today but it was a totally different one . It means I am reviving . I hate PMO I hate those who seek s.x because all of them are cowards . Women are beautiful creature they need to be protected. I am strong enough . No one can weaken me . I live in a warfare . I am a real men . Not among those who build themselves to show off just to impress girls and then blah blah . I am a true warrior and I am regaing my originality. It is a relieve to see how encouraging people are regardless of what day they are on. For me this challenge has showed me how there are other guys who have been trying to fight PMO like me. I used to think I was alone. Now I am motivated.
