Anorgasmia due to excessive M?

    Hi, well long story short I have had trouble experiencing a "full-powered" orgasm. Ever since I was 17, I stopped having really intense orgasms except for a handful of times with real sex. Then I found NoFap, rebooted multiple times and there were a few times where I was very aroused while I didn't masturbate, I know if I did the orgasms would have been intense.

    But sometimes I can go a while w/o M and still when I finally do I may have a semi-powerful O, but still not "earth-shattering".

    Have I grown out of masturbation and just need to have sex only? When I was having sex it was very good and even when I was still looking at porn back then when I had sex the orgasm was pretty good.

    More often than not, it'll become "earth-shattering" with a little bit of buildup and a few days.

    Also wanna note that the best orgasms tend to be with other people. Doing it by yourself with no influence just isn't as powerful and doing it with pr0n "sweetens" the influence by negatively stimulating your brain.

    Meh. I wouldn't try finding a girl for that. You should appreciate her for who she is.

    Part of why I'm doing this is because there's this girl that I'm trying to improve myself for. Whoever I would ask out and even marry deserves better than a significant other who's addicted to pr0n.
