Wet Dream

    I am on day 5 today on my quest, however last night I had a wet dream. Well I say last night , it was around 3 hours ago, I was 3/4 asleep and then all of a sudden I felt like I was ejaculating which woke me up... I then looked and saw I had ejaculated. It was really weird though as it felt like that sensation I had was part of a dream, but it woke me up and then I noticed it, and I was sort of like " oh"

    This doesn't count as a relapse does it? I hadn't been masturbating but it woke me up straight away. Will I suffer the same side effects as normal MO ( I don't watch porn) are the same chemicals released which will lead to the usual side effects of fatigue, demotivation etc

    Just ignore it. It wasn't consensual, so there is no need to reset your count. It may have affected hormones, but only very slightly. Keep up that nice streak bro! Good luck!

    @Daviesmark1 Wet dreams are not a relapse. Because they are involuntary. The whole point here is to reboot your brain from bad habits, not your genitals. The body does whatever it needs to do to keep it healthy. It's just natural release of extra stuff, like pooping, lol. Don't worry about it.

    Am I the only one who hates wet dreams? It's been years since I had one, but from what I remember, they messed up my pants on mornings when I had school and usually created situations that embarrassed me like hell when I woke up. (Running into a hot Senior girl from my school naked in the bushes and lying with her when I was fourteen years old, what the fuck.)
