    Hey guys, how you holding up so far? The first 10 days are always the hardest, and I've had extreme bad urges and insomnia, but I would find myself reading alot, untill tireness would take a grip of me. Don't give in to the devil. Daredevil. Let's rock this out!

    It's my first NoFap streak, before NoFap I would just try to hold off, until I would give in. Not taking it really seriously. I've done so much research after I got on here. And now I know what I know, I will not relapse anymore. x) My longest was about 10 days. Yours?

    K, insane insomnia again and the devil is speaking to me. I'm going out at this hour (3:09) because it's becoming a bit too much. Maybe a cold breeze wil dim me down...

    Glad it is helping I find it does a lot too! And you need to use a Gmail account and type in pmo tracker on Google once you have one copy the link into your signature on here through account settings.
