Ello just checking in, still on my streak and feeling good about it, feeling pretty confident about making 7 day which i wasnt when i started. Thanks for being here.

 

Hey guys! I'm joining you on this one. I'm PMO free for 7/8 days now already, the last time I pmo'd was may 16 too. Actually I've been trying to be pmo free for at least a year now, but I never managed to go more than 5 days. I know, my power of will isn't that strong.

Usually I manage to be pmo free for 3 or 4 days and relapse and the cycle happens all over again. But actually this is the first time I actually registered here and I believe it will make everything easier. Reading all these posts definitely makes me think twice before relapsing.

I'm not sure if I'm going to make a thread for my journey or if I'm just going to post here, but I like the idea that I can share my experience with you guys, considering that we are around the same stage of this battle. So I'm going to propose this, change your profile image if possible, just so we can kind of identify who we're talking to more easily. What do you guys think?

So, I'm almost on day 10, which is something that would be unbelievable for me months ago, since I used to reset every 3 days.

The M is my real problem not really P, and it is a problem because i use the M to cope with boredom\ anxiety \ frustation \ stress I have one advantage, i'm aphantasiac i'm mind blind, so i cant just create images on my head, and that include arousal ones of naked girls hehe

 

Wow never heard of Aphantasia. I just googled it and it seems such a weird concept to me.
