How do i get over porn?

    Hii guys im 15 and will be 16 in August..... I have been trying to remove porn addiction since start of this year... But have failed on it all the time. Something always takes me to porn sites and i cannot control the urges yesterday when i made account here i was determined and didn't fapped... But today did it twice and i feel very bad right now i read some articles i don't know how to start from here please tell me how to start, what to do because i have really started to hate myself.... I usually masturbate twice a day... I have also had sucidal thoughts so many times i had feelings like i don't deserve my parents' love i cannot do anything i have been performing bad in school since this thing started from A+ grades to B grades i really need help thanks

    Slow down there, man. I'd suggest you see a councilor or some other figure for help with those negative thoughts of yours. Or talk it over with a close friend.

    Stop thinking about porn and looking it up. Focus on other things, like becoming a better person or whatever goals/dreams you have for yourself. Just staying away from porn websites and forums isn't enough. You gotta find something to put your mind and actions to.

    Think about the benefits. The drive for deal sex that natural occurs. Honestly my friend each day is a bonus. Good luck. Porn is fake remember, and after we pmo we want it gone.

    Thanks guys i have got some motivation from other people on this forum and so got to know how does internet porn correlates with woman and child trafficking i really don't want this porn thing even if i ever relapse i will try to get back on track :)

    Hi Rahul, I know a lot of people who had survived from porn addiction. I would advice you to consult with any of the sex addiction therapists. Also you should have a strong mindset to overcome this. It might take few weeks but you can do it man.
