I was blessed by my first few wet dreams as an adolescent. They were so disgusting that I was willing to do anything to avoid future dreams. I had dreamed about the two ugliest girls in my class, and I was revolted by how I treated them. I just began waking up whenever a dream started. In 50 years, I have only had a couple. The last one, a few years ago, left me very happy with knowing that I could still do it. After a few weeks into NoFap, I did wake myself up in the middle of one. For me, I think it could be compared to not wetting the bed. I can sleep through most any commotion, but when I need to go, I wake up, get up, and go instead of sleeping through the relief. When I feel a wet dream moving towards climax, I wake up, change my position, think about something else and hopefully get back to sleep before too long.
I realize that few people have started with disgust about their dreams, but I think that attitude could be developed, like we do with bed wetting.

You don't have an orgasm when you have a wet dream

  7. What I found helped me most personally is sleeping in a way that removes the potential for penis stimulation and keeping my mind clean of fantasy throughout the day. I now sleep on my side without any clothes on. This has helped tremendously. Do not eat or drink much 1-2 hours before bed also.

  8. I have not found it to be that way all the time Igy. Haven't had a wet dream for a while :) but I remember sometimes I just woke up with semen all over my boxers and other times it has been a dream where I somehow orgasmed. But since sleeping in a way to stop stimulation I have reduced the amount of wet dreams I have had significantly.

It doesn't feel good actually for the opposite it hurts when i have a wet dream. When i feel like ejaculation i feel a sharp pain in my bladder and my balls.

  10. It is painful to too me since I have got to a point where I really don't like the feeling called 'orgasm'. It is likely that you do have an orgasm when you wet dream but you just hate the feeling. Oh well, I am not in your body so i cannot tell lol

Yes, I agree that how you sleep makes a difference. I sleep on my side for example. I think that this results in less penile stimulation. Also, not having the constraint of clothes in bed is also helpful. During the night, males have about 6 erections. But if your penis is not confined in underwear or even pyjamas, it is free to harden and soften without any rubbing. After all, we know what rubbing a hard on can lead to! :p Being naked also keeps your balls nice and cool, too. It's all good!
