    Hello Mate,

I was sorting out problems with high heart pulse/high pressure last year and 2 years ago.

Heart Beat up to: 110 Pulses per Minute.
    Pressure: 90/140

I think that you should listen to your doctor. For me it was very uncomfortable feeling.

You see, I tried everything, I could find: breathing exercises, gym, cold showers, swimming, long distance running, changing eating habits and couple of other things I have found in the internet.

I have eliminated caffein (coffee, redbull), I have quit drinking and occasional cigarettes.

It helped a bit (I would say just couple of beats per minute)

Marathon runners have very low normal heart rate (around 50) because their heart is very efficient.

The reason for this for me was a toxic job.

Basically, the environment and people were killing me.

I could not sleep, there were intrigues, manipulation, politics, a lot of hate,

There was so much evil, that when I left, about 50% of the team left shortly after me.

    Where to look:

    1. Have your Thyroid gland checked.

(there are hormons which are affecting heart beat/ metabolism)

    2. Remove the stressor. (if you go through the fear, it goes away)

In the future, get prepared to the exams as good as you can.

    If procrastinating, check Pomodoro Method.

    3. Help others. At that period I started to give to charity and to the beggars on the street. (I give them meal vouchers (from work) so that they cannot buy alcohol/cigarettes with them).

    4. Remove Caffeine and Cigarettes.

    5. Finally, get a peace in your life, find a purpose:

I would recommend you check father Mike Schmitz or Matt Fradd or Jason Evert.

    6. Make your environment as good as you can. Improve your relationships can help a lot.

Lastly: I have checked my blood pressure/pulse the other day and I have something like 70/120 > 65 now.

thanks for replying i dont drink or smoke also my blood pressuer its 13.1 , and 7.0 and goes up and down sometimes its 11.6 ,6.8 12.5,.7.2 and im only 17 years old. I feel the adrenaline in my head because i have also headaches and my teeth trembling i saw that these are withdrawals symptoms i hope my blood exams to be good and i have come from a severe anxiety situation during my exam i was shaking and trempling and had panic attacks. Also i have removed some fears as you say and im better than the week before also my mom has thyroid but in my last blood exams in december it was all fine

I used to have panic attack.

If you switch to the proactive mode + remove the procrastination sh*t, you should be fine.

Remove the reasons for panic attacks...

It can be the environment, I mean it is critical in your age to get all the support you can get.

Try to relax, make a plan and remove the reasons for those panic attacks.

I think it can be also a good thing because if you get a panic attack, you realize that something is very wrong in your life.

It is your body telling you that you deserve better.

What you can do is either change the situation for better (make it win-win) or reframe the situation all together. (quit the current situation and approach the situation from different point-of-view)

I am not sure what is your relationship with your father but fathers are normally there to teach how to overcome the problems ;-)

Hey mate. I am not a doc yet. Started my final year. If your doc said you dont have any heart problem its just your brain creating the anxiety shouldnt he have prescribed you an anxiolytic drug instead. Just a thought as i am not experienced enough. Check with an other physician or a neurologist?
