Day 52....Excrutiating pain in my left testicle...

    Today is day 52 and I'm still going strong. I'm happy with everything including my ability to resist porn now although I still struggle with keeping my hand off my willy....let's put that aside for now.

    I experienced pain I never had before in my testicles (especially the left one)....OMG...it almost made me crawl. The pain was so intense that I had to leave what I was busy with and go to the loo. It felt like my balls are moving into the pelvic area.......Any advise to tackle this pain if it ever arises again???
