    Hello all,

    I am an American college student and I am currently going through the most difficult time of my life. Masturbation and pornography have become an addiction, and various parts of my life are becoming almost unmanageable (I've included a little more detail in my short biography on my profile). I now recognize that I need help and support to overcome my addiction. I hope to get involved in a number of supportive communities, like this one. I'm sick of only living to please myself, so I hope that by being part of a community I can stop being so focused on myself and I can help others as well if at all possible.

    Welcome hootja, I am also a university student in my final year and I just joined nofap after observing from "behind the scenes" for months. Goodluck in your quest and this community is here to help.

    Hootja, joining up here too. we can work together so we can both succeed. All the PMO has made me introverted and interfered with other parts of my life. made me late for work, procrastinate on projects at school. all kinds of bad things. I'm excited for the support from everyone here including you.

    Lets make it happen.
