New Challenge: 2016

    Hi there,

    My name is Ristian. Not sure how to really introduce myself, but here it is, let me know if I need to provide more information, thank you! ;

    I read the book Your Brain on Porn, and it directed me join, currently living in Philadelphia. I decided to try this site , and try this challenges to live a more fulfilling life and as a result to enjoy more the real world by letting go masturbation and PORN. 28 year old right now, I do not consider an addict, but def it affected in some way my appreciation of the real world. Focusing on trying more positive habits, reading, gym, martial arts. Quitting smoking in addition to this,wish me luck!

    Day 1 almost completed today!

    Congrats on deciding to take the challenge. P and M have been a major part of my life for too long. It has taken a toll on many aspects of my life. I also am on my first No PMO hard mode 90 day challenge. I cannot believe 47 days into it. All credit is given to this site and all the Fapstronauts willing to challenge their self to improve their lives and share their experience. I remember my day 1 not long ago and can tell you it has been worth it so far.

    then sign in to one of your google accounts.then enter how many days since last pmo.then you can enter advanced features and customize it more.then you copy the link that is written in the box and you copy it in your signature
