    easiest way for me was to just delete all of your saved porn. If it gets out of hand (and if you are willing to do this) block the porn sites you use. Right now its a habit for you, like it was for me. When you stop doing it for awhile, that feeling of "no touchy" should be natural.

    Keep at it. you'll get there.
