How to talk/flirt with extreme liberal women?

Now I'm from the USA but I couldn't agree more with this statement. Modern liberal women are difficult to talk to IMO. Now I'm not religious or against the sexual revolution but to me it's seems that extreme liberal women are very blunt and mean when it comes to guys hitting on them. They have double standards. On one hand they will look at you in a weird way if you don't hit on them (particularly if you're attractive) and on the other hand they'll act stuck up if you do hit on them. They act as if we are rapist (the TV network "lifetime" is extremely liberal1) and that we are only out for sex only. They accuse men of being sexist when they have preconceived notions of men and what they want. It's really pissing me off because before when I was in middle school I went through puberty and was supposed to be getting girls and kissing them. But instead I was bullied for my horniness. It affected me for years as I thought that it was wrong to hit on women. (something the "objectification" movement here on NoFap unfortunately reinforces...) Thus I didn't lose my virginity until I was 15 and I didn't talk to women in a sexual way that much until college. Extreme liberal women are frankly often mean and expect themselves to be pampered with complements; yet they want a man that doesn't complement them at all and in fact treats them on the borderline of shit.
They dress very promiscuous yet get mad at guys when we give them complements on the streets.
They complain about guys just wanting sex; yet sleep with alot of guys and get mad at guys for wanting sex while being dressed promiscuously. ["The girls tend to have short term relationships with under average men that can be exploited easily and one night stands with high status men."]
This causes many guys to just give up an turn to porn.

It seems like the only way to flirt with them is at a party/bar/club. You can't just hit on them in class or in the street etc.

They just demand everything from men yet get mad at them for not letting them have enough independence.
They get mad at not having enough equality yet don't work for it enough or put in the amount of work required for true equality.

TL;DR - Extremely Liberal women are often (not always) very hypocritical and are very confusing to even talk to in regards to sexuality. They want casual sex yet they want a romantic relationship as well. Men are always wrong, shorting them out and just evil in general.

How am I supposed to flirt with these types of women without going to jail or being shunned from society?

I don't wanna steer clear of them I just wanna know what to say and how the vibe is around them. I don't want a quality women I just want a sexy girl who will have sex with me.
"Quality women" are too much work.

But seriously even if I'm not going to flirt with them sometimes it's hard just to even talk with them. As idk they just seem like difficult to talk to without giving me a chance. Like they're all Lesbos or something, yet on the other hand they do want and even expect me to talk with them.
