    Just finished my day 1 of this first challenge of 30 days free PMO. Have had experience with attempting to quit PMO for a couple months, but I'm taking a damn stand. No longer will I be a slave to my flesh, my desire is stronger than ever to quit.

    I haven't done a personal journal, but I made a deal to myself that every night I would write a thread about my day, and ask any questions or advice on here need be

    Go the forums and choose a category to start your journal in. Then on the upper right side choose "Post New Thread", it is in red. Also make sure you're logged in. Then write something and post it. Then every day you can go back to it and add another post.

    I've started new threads. it is some times difficult finding it to add to.
    is ther a way to list my posts and then open it up for adding to it?

    Yes. Click on where your name shows up next to "Inbox," "Alerts" and "Log Out." Go into "Your Profile Page" and select the "Postings" tab. This will show you your most recent postings, so you can locate your threads and add to them when you want to.

    Not sure if I'm already having low levels of libido already, but it seems as if I don't have a penis haha. Well I suppose that's a good thing
