    Hi everyone,
    My name is Brian , I am 41 years old and a porn addict for the past 25 years. I'm so excited I found Nofap. I have butterflies in my stomach from the excitement and anticipation of being set free from this addiction. I can't wait to start.

    Man, a fellow begginer, i been doing this for some time, and believeme, its extremely hard but the results are worth it, i dont wish you luck, in this case its not neccesary i wish you persistence and bravery

    Thank you. I don't think I landed in this community by accident. It was fate. I am blown away by the amount of support here. I can't believe how many other men are going through the exact same thing as well.

    I'm a newbie as well, we can do this! Let's make our selves great! By making ourselves great we improve the community, we can affect others positively, let's push back against the evil urges the world presents and give the world something everyone can benefit from!

    I agree. I think we all need to be held accountable for our own actions and to one another . We can overcome this addiction. Every one of us has the ability to make the right choices.
