Not "wanking" to a video of your preferred type is not exactly the way to go. Watching any fake stimuli is a major part of the problem. Alcoholics who hold a bottle, smell it and taste it (without drinking it) will surely relapse. a video with this content will continue to cloud your judgement and ultimately tell your addict self to relapse. Also watching it will keep you from gaining emotions that are blocked with this addiction. Don't play with fire and tell your friends that you can no longer receive videos and pics with things that will trigger you. If your friends continue doing that after being told not to, they are not actually looking out for you and not worth having in your support system. Some friends don't believe or understand this addiction and think it's not that big of a deal. They need to know how serious this is for you and look for supportive ways to help, not damage your efforts. Stay strong

Good luck and the next time your friend sends you a video, delete it without looking at it. Then you will be on the way to recovery.
