How will the old sperms get out of ur body without ejaculation??
Can the quality of sperms or the sperm count to be specific increase if v dnt masturtabe?

There are "side effects", but you'd definitely be better off calling them "benefits".

Sperm will leak out through urination or outright erupt in a wet dream. Both cases are utterly harmless - and sometimes isn't even noticeable in the first scenario.

The "quality" will increase by virtue of the fact that you aren't shooting it out in frequent intervals. Otherwise, your body will be constantly working to "make more" ASAP.

Your body routinely reabsorbs ejaculate. You're unaware of it. It happens everyday. A wet dream is also a possibility.
