NoFap, Death Grip and Sex

    I suffer from Delayed Ejaculation and i'm currently doing the "Normal Mode" in which I abstain from P and M. I did Hard Mode before and had great results, however since i'm in a relationship I wish to continue having sex. My question is: Will sex slow down the recovery of sensitivity due to Death Grip?

    If anyone has experienced results on Delayed Ejaculation whiles doing Normal Mode please post.

    Peoples experience with Normal Mode would help, if not I'm gonna have to find out myself. I'm on day 5 of my challenge aiming to do 60 days.
