New beginning

Hello all!

I am new to the site and would like to introduce myself.

My name is Mark A. and I find that I have a problem with porn. I spend a lot of my day on it, and this has become inconvenient to me. I am married and often find myself sitting alone at night, on my computer, watching porn, not interacting with my wife.

The annoyting thing is that years ago I only focussed on heterossexual porn, but I now enjoy bi and transexual stuff, which helps me get off... I enjoy the moments in which I see it, but it then becomes something I am embarassed about... I have tried to stop alone, but never managed. As I am an alcoholic who has been sober for almost 15 years (with the assistance of AA), after reading an article about NoFap, I decided that maybe I could get help here. So here I am!

Thank you so much for your comment! I must say that I have already been down that road and did not appreciate it much... I managed to stop, but sometimes my mind takes me back to that place... It is very hard to live like this, but I am sure that with a group that helps, I can move away from where I am! It has happened with booze, it will happen here! Together we are stronger!
