Question4Girls: crying during a relapse

    Something weird has been happening to me lately..

    Well its been happening for the past 2 years?

    Whenever I relapsed and MO..I start crying in the middle of it and i dont know why. I googled it before and its not because the situation intense or anything..honestly MO isnt actually that good. :/ ..
    Just wondering whats up with the crying.

    Before if i cybered or sext with someone im fine...but if i do it alone..i start crying.

    Although once the guy would hang up i would cry also..
    So idk..

    Does this happen to anyone..

    You feel alone. You MO addiction has made you realize you are alone and it is not giving you satisfaction anymore. You need interaction with someone else to fulfill your emotional needs and MOing means you are by yourself. I am sorry you are going through this, but if you abstain for a while, you can become more healthy to be involved with someone in person and have a relationship that satisfies you

    I'm guessing shame...

    Something happened right, something you're not sharing? Maybe you don't want to share. Or if nothing happened you feel some inner conflict with something.

    Yes, this. I have a similar experience where I start crying when I try to fantasize about having sex with somebody (during M). It hurts so bad. It's also an empty feeling. The fact that you don't cry unless you are alone, or until the guy hangs up, shows that it's loneliness.

    Maybe it's because MO is keeping you out of touch with your real feelings, and when you relapse again, some of your natural feelings come bubbling up again?

    I've read most of your threads, and I believe you know what's bothering you, but you're masking it with sexually acting out right?

    What it is, of course only you know, and you'll only be able to share it when you're ready. But I think I can guess what it is :)

    ummm....maybe it's because you feel traumatized from your past bad sexual experiences, and when you relapse you relive some of it? I'm just brainstorming here
