    I'm discovering Intermittent Fasting and after 3 days I already see amazing results! @BushidoWarrior : I-F could be a huge tool to help you to achieve your sugar goal without "falling" again...

    I had a bad day yesterday. I watched porn but didn't PMO, and in fact just felt bad and stopped pretty quickly, it didn't seem to have any appeal. I'm suffering very badly with anxiety at the moment and it's putting a stress on all my disciplines. I smoked, and, in fact, have already smoked today.

    Pleased to have completed three weeks of two daily walks though and I'll roll that over to a double total.

    Don't be hard with yourself @Cleaning Colin : you're doing great! It's shadow work you're doing here. In order to remember what's good, you have to remember what's bad. and moreover, what you resist, persists. So don't blame yourself and don't judge yoursef, don't resist your bad thoughts, just be fully conscient of them. Have a nice day.

    NoSugar Rules for Today (Thursday, 21 July 2016)

    GOAL ~ Today, I promise to not eat any lollies, cakes, ice creams or chocolate, or drink any soft drink.

    Below is a series of If > Then plans for how I will implement this goal today.
    If I eexperience an urge to eat sugary foods or drink sugary drinks....
    Then I shall not act on this urge. No. Not this day.

    my habit i would like to settle :

    1 - Eat fresh and healthy food and stop fat, saturate and junk food : 0/21
    2- Doing sport 3 times a week : Running, fitness : 0/21
    3- Read a chapter of personnal developpement before going to bed : 0/21
    4- Drinking water + lemon every morning: 0/21
    5- going to bed at 11.30 pm: 0/21
    6 - wake up at 7.30 am : 0/21
    7- don't complain once : 0/21
    8- Making a compliment and being grateful once a day : 0/21

    Things are not looking perfect, I missed most of mine habits yesterday, but I did not allow that to keep me down thanks to you people and this thread.
    In the past, I was aiming for perfection. Skipping a single habit meant I was going to skip all of mine habits for that day.
    After that, i usually end up throwing a piece of paper on which I was tracking mine habits.But not this time!
    I am still here.

    -Even thought I failed most of the habits, I still managed to meditate, write mine reports and finally start with intermittent fasting :)

    It is a positive community, seeing all you trying to improve your lives helps me stay on track.

    exercise 0/?(kind of on hold)

    Since I tend to update irregularly my exercise stat is a bit misleading. I was doing it fairly consistently, then missed a day, then did 5-6 days straight, then rested. Afterwards I realized that it was making me more tired than it was helping so I've decided to suspend it temporarily until I make sure I'm rested among other things. The other thing that makes it a bit problematic is how to handle resting. I'll definitely need off days for something like exercise unless it's either much lighter or I want to run my body into the ground. In any case I have some things to consider for now.

    On a more positive note I'm getting somewhat close to the halfway point for my deck of cards. Burgerpants took forever, but I've only got one half left of the 6 card. Though I'm not sure if it'll be going faster or slower for the rest. There's also some I want to go back over at some point as well. In any case I've managed to keep my drawing streak up along with my water thing.
