It is Day 1 for me.

Yesterday I went through two hours of urges before sleeping, i was having insominia. I did meditation and prayed hard but still it got me.

Nevertheless I didnt give up, after the relapse I slept 4 hours then ran 8 km followed by 1.5 hrs of swimming. It really feels so dirty when the relapse happens and that is a sign of healing.

Oneday I will be free from PMO, and I will never ever give up until I reach that day.

 

@TheRunner87 .......get back up. Relapse sucks as does chronic relapse and a life of pmo. Some do it an entire lifetime though and never stop. Fuck that. I've been enough oblivion and despair to know better today.....

Make your days count. Don't just count your days. Do some form of service. Help someone. Volunteer. Reach out to someone. Be useful. Love,honor and respect yourself. Be an example to others in not just words but by your actions. If we all did this we wouldn't settle for this kind of behavior. Learn from your past.
