    Hey there everybody,
    I am 22 and
    I broke my NoFap vow just 5 minutes ago so I decided to join this page in hopes of support and improving.-
    Things have been really difficult for me in college.
    1. I'm a really socially awkward guy and am still a virgin.
    2. I've very few friends just one or two at the most.
    3. Things cannot get worse.
    4. I can stop MBing for only 4 consecutive days before failing again following a spree of 5-6 times of MBing in a single night or day.

    I will post my daily progress..with my views over here and have decided to push through whole of november without fapping..

    It sounds like you're in the right place here. I'd suggest getting an accountability partner and keeping up with your journal. Both help me a great deal. Just know that you are not alone. Your life can become something you've only dreamed of once you get your addiction under control. Good luck and feel free to HMU anytime.
