I'm not sure if I am the only one who has this problem but girls at school, or generally anywhere outside seem to be my biggest triggers. If I see a girl with a nice bottom, I get pretty wild and most of my relapses have occurred after a long day of looking at women. I often try not to look as I know it generally leads me to relapses but it's just so hard not to look. Aside from PMO, the worst habit I have ever acquired, ogling at women is my second worst habit. To me, it is similar to PMO. So, any thoughts on this? Should I just try my hardest not to look at women, just as we try our hardest not to look at porn?

Maybe for a while try not to. I think as time goes on it gets easier. As my pmo increased in the past so did my staring. But now it's kinda easy to do the two second rule so I dont look like a pervert or creepy.

Porn has very long arms and normal girls get pinched by it too. Because of what PMO has done to us, many girls (rightly) think that we wont be interested in them unless they basically walk around in underwear. It's cruel and unusual torture for anyone out of their league, but even the guys who end up having wild sex with them ultimately just treat them as the 2-D porn actresses they've learnt to be 'intimate' with; with no real thoughts, desires or longings of their own, beyond being royally shagged.

It's dehumanizing for all of us. We're all cycling around in porn's filthy washing machine.

Going out on a limb a bit, when I see a girl dressed really revealingly, it seems obvious that she's signaling that she wants it, she's ready, no courting necessary. I think that we see girls like that and think 'what a slut, she's begging for it, man, i'd wreck her'. Like, a punishment, you know?
Whereas the thing that we all actually want - real intimacy which includes, but isnt limited to, great sex - never gets found. We all just stay frustrated, locked in our own egos, and unhappy; teased, used and rejected by eachother - all played by the porn puppet master

Getting turned on by real life women means you're healthy.

I forgot about the two second rule (but I think it was a three second when I heard it first). Nice reminder,

I'd say do this if you aspire a healthy sexual attitude. You can't not help looking at a pretty woman but if you keep the stare for longer than 2-3 seconds you're not helping your brain loose the disconnect between objectification of a sexual object and healthy sex

LOL two second rule, I like that. And you have a point about staring longer than that. It does make you look like a pervert. In fact, I've been caught twice already for staring LOL.
