    Hi everyone
    6 months ago, I said I wouldn't watch P videos anymore.
    But with the time I played with fire and eneded up searching P on google image or videos ( by typing the name of an actress for example)but never through porn sites.
    I managed to trick myself to get to P again.
    But with pictures and gifs it's worse because there is far more content on the web.
    I'm back on the road now but everytime I'm bored I go on google again.
    I say to myself only this picture and I end up fapping of course...
    Anyone can refer?

    oh yes I used to break into hour long fapping sessions after doing a quick browse. Just add some website blockers to your browser and start adding sites to it. obvs google images is tricky though...

    Same thing man, at least 30 minutes session where you're in the addiction flow.
    Should we use a safe browser cuz google is definitely unsafe.
    We should make a nofap browser^^
    As I said I don't go on websites anymore.

    K9 has a safe browser I think. It's very restrictive from what I gather.

    Google images are dangerous.. When I travel and go to some hotels and noticed that their Wi-Fi blocks porn sites, but Google images are not blocked. So you can still relapse with those images. that's the main reason I don't install porn blockers on my computers.. Because I know that through Google images I can easily see dirty pictures again.

    I think the best way would be to use a safe browser.
    Good I posted about this, I think many have this problem.
    We're too good to avoid blockers with this PMO problem.

    The first step to PMO is a google search, you're annoyed, the idea of P pops in your brain, and you end up searching for stuff on GOOGLE.
    It's really difficult to break the PMO cycle, anyone has an idea (K9 doesn't work foe me)..

    I´m personally always searched for pictures of porn in my journey, videos ocasionally, and look at me, i´m more than one year without MO,i tried 100 days without any type of porn, and after that,100 days with porn everyday for 3 minutes before sleep, only for tests(know by Edging). And for me, with or without any porn, i felt great,i even got my first Gf ,my adiction was MO.
    I don´t you, but don´t blame yourself because you saw pics, you make your own rules,nobody opened the web with pics for you, you done this, the most important is to feel free,alive, with or without PMEO.

    Nofap is meant to abstain I don't want to fap, that's why I post about this.
    MO leads to PMO.
    This is why I don't look at this stuff.
