    Limit computer time, and be busy with other stuff. Eat healthy, do intermittent fasting/keto diet, and stick with it. Focus on improving yourself. Understand that NoFap is a marathon, not a sprint. You won't die without it, and you aren't missing anything. In fact, you will be getting more with the attention of girls.
