I can't do it anymore

I read your post and you have a lot of truth in what you said. No one is to come and motivate you we have to do this ourselves. No one is can become and support you, we have to ask for support and we have to support ourselves.

You stated that I'm alone. In life we are all alone and we have to find a way to make ourselves happy. When I was young I had to that assumption that if I find somebody my empty heart will be fulfilled and I will not be alone anymore. Well after hundreds of attractions with females in 30 years of watching porn, I still felt alone. But change my philosophy and not being alone was being part of the bigger community. This community is called humanity. Humanity is full of life, amazement, and so much joy to be involved in it. You may not have a chance at this exact time in moment but in the new feature you will. I didn't travel until I was 30 years old and I started traveling and I saw 30 different countries and some more than once. I could say when I was under 30 I felt alone, lack of experience, and the many other things that led me to use porn. Yet today I'm somewhat stronger than they used to be it is because of my experiences, interactions, and viewpoint on life. right now we have an election year in America and some people hate Hillary some people hate Trump, and some people hate both of them. If you like if the candidate doesn't win they'll have a depressing for years. I don't look at it that way. I do have my favorite but if they don't win him back in the shed a tear nor am I going to go back to porn because of stress out. Life goes on the matter what.

We have to make a conscious decision on a daily basis. Conscious decision means you dictate how you want something done. Here's a great example. Happiness, when are you happy? Some of us get happy when we buy stuff, others get happy when we have a girlfriend, and other things make a lot of people happy. Yet the true happiness could be at this moment at this time right now because happiness is a choice. If you don't believe me for a minute jump up and down and smiled big. After the minute see how your body in your mind is. Also the biggest things I had to learn was that I choose to be happy. And once you're comfortable at allowing yourself to be happy all the time then happiness becomes the way life for us. It's the only way to live and we have to make a conscious decision about it.

In life you get hit up with lots of curveballs, lots of punches, loss of rejections, and lots of negative people will put you down. Nobody could harm you until you give them that option. Nobody could harm your mind unless you allow them. I feel exactly what you're going through and for me it was a transition of moving up from a boy to a man. The biggest fact about a man is that a man is responsible and takes responsibility for his actions.

So you my friend are in a very stressful yet one of the best times of your life because now you have a massive challenge in life and you must overcome this to become the stronger you. It's okay if you relapse but sooner or later something is good be super unhappy inside you and you will not relapse anymore. You have to get to that stage or else you do what you're doing.

The strong my friend because were all in the same boat and nobody could help us but ourselves.
