    Hello Cassie,

    Welcome to the forum!
Maybe you can tell us a little bit more about yourself. Specifically about PMO and why you want to quit it.

Quitting PMO is definitely the most worthwhile venture i've made in my life. Give it a try and see if it's for you. Good luck my man. Stay in touch. Post lots and ask loads of questions. There are loads of wise people on this forum.

Feeling disgusted with yourself after the act. I've been there too. And every time I told myself that there would not be a next time, but there were many relapses. To many.

Two weeks ago I hit my lowest point and decided to join nofap. Read lot's of threads here and started a journal to track progress.
Good luck with your journey and do not give up, how hard it might be.

Welcome to the forum. No matter what 'equipment' we have we still use porn for the same reasons: to alter, medicate, sooth, calm, or escape negative emotions. It can be as minor as boredom, as serious as childhood trauma, or to cover over a medical condition such as depression or anxiety. It becomes our sole emotional crutch and takes over our lives. I think the 'Women' folder is full of journals with stories much like yours. Feel free to start a journal there or to ask questions.

  7. Hey, nice seeing fellow Canadians on here. They say nofap makes you more social lol that's one of the many "super powers"
