    Hello, I'm Deer. I'm a fifteen-year-old Japanese boy.
    I want to stop watching porns, and masturbating.
    Once I stopped masturbating for 36days. It is the longest record. However, I don't satisfied with it. I really want to reboot: to recover from porn use.
    I'm going to work hard. Nice meeting you.

    Hey deer, from one newbie to another, best of luck!! I suggest starting a rebooting journal, where you can type up how the experience of each day is going for you- and everyone can see it and give you support.

    I hope that your recovery is a quick one. Remember, no matter how hard it seems, you will get through it. If you do have relapses, it is important to forgive yourself as well. Learn what leads to a relapse, and avoid those things.
