I'm Jason (or my username Relaxlahh) and I'm 24, working. I started fapping hmmmm...since I was 12 I reckon, wonder how I learned that. I remembered I was caught that time by my maid in my room and she was just "broadcasting" the thing that I did to the other maid (I have 2 maids at home, I don't know why).

Saw this nofap forum in a 9gag post, where many people were talking about masturbation and someone says join nofap to quit fapping. So I came.

Fapping became a common thing to me and I fap when I'm in a good mood or something good happens or it's a relaxing day today, so I fap.

Wonder is fapping a habit to me because I'm easily excited? *confused. Sometimes I notice dudes around me don't fap, wonder if I'm the weird one.

Sometimes I found that I can overcome fapping if I'm experiencing something bad, say bad relationships or other bad things happen. However I don't think that's a good solution to that also. So I saw this and I came in to have a look, hoping to find some good testimonials and solutions.

Had a girl friend, and I broke up, wonder is this fapping thing gotta do with my breaking up due to my attitude
