My self improvement journal...

    So long story short, i quit my low pay job and i'm working as a real estate agent, it is amazing cause the sky is the limit and i feel it all depends of my willpower, cons i have social anxiety and lack of motivation ( i have a lot of ambition though)and energy, I really need to overcome it!

    What are my objectives?

    Prospecting!
    Going to 30 rejections a day. (the yes ones will come at the middle).
    Mental!
    I want to work out 5 times a week.
    NoFap at all forever.
    Mindfulness meditation.
    Cold Shower.
    See a real estate coach video a day.
    Drink water, at least 1.5L daily.

    So i will keep my journal here, starting tomorrow!

    Good morning,

    Here i am sitting on my chair after sliping again and sneak peaked some photos in some site my anti porno didnt block, in the good side i could resist to M0 and close the tabs right after 30 seconds. The trigger was the model my sport newspaper show.

    Energy level: Low.
    Motivation: Low
    Anxiety: Pretty High
    Happiness: Low

    I think that is because i am sleeping later don't doing my morning routine and failed to combat my Social Anxiety...
    I really need to go back on track!
    The problem is i'm coming late to home and my GF is coming even later so we can only eat 21:30 22:00, so i should be going to bed but we are eating instead.

    The solution is, i should be the one doing dinner.

    So the plan is... eat breakfast.

    Read a bit about my new job.

    Go to the gym and do a spinning class.

    Drink a lot of water.

    Meditate and then take a Scottish shower!

    Hope i will be like new after so i can do my 30 daily contacts.

    My therapist advised journaling every day. You'll log more successful days than not, so it's positive reinforcement.

    Hi guys Day 1 of my new life :) (15 days without PMO)

    Energy Level - Medium
    Motivation- Medium
    Anxiety- Medium
    Happiness- Medium Low

    I quit my real estate job, that wasn't for me and my personality, It was making me insanely insane, I started it cause i wanted to make big bucks and get rid of my social anxiety (by doing stuff) but... I'm not really motivated by money and my social anxiety just worsen, so no point on it.

    Now I want to finally start my online business :) I will try to do it by first of all learn some coding (HTML, i study it at school but by now it's gone).
    I will try to make an exchange of my Degree from Economics to Psychology. (It will be almost impossible and dont depends of me anymore but i will submit the papers).

    Bedtime
    Water intake


    Other activities:
    Net articles
    Apply for change in degree
    Call Gonçalo

    Those are my objectives for the day and this will be my control page :)
