Hi everyone!!!

My name is André Henriques, I´m 23 years old and I´m from Portugal.

I´m addicted to porn and masturbation since 13 years old and this addiction destroys my life since them and I´m hated myself because I´m trying many times to break porn addiction and never got it. I´m want to stop this addiction and with it change my life forever in all areas in my life. I know this battle will be hard, but I´m motivated and focused to win this battle agaist my porn addicition. We´re all together in this battle agaist porn addiction to change our lives.

what this addiction does is deeply disturbing. You've found yourself an amazing community, be sure to stick around. As long as you don't distance yourself from here you're on the right track. Get yourself a journal, it's the least thing you can do. You could write what exactly bothers you and why you want to quit. As time goes by you will have recorded evidence, give yourself the chance to reap the benefits. You're not alone.
