day one: havent really had any urges today. thats always the cycle for me though. i always will relapse and then clean up porn for about a month and feel good. then i get complacent and ALWAYS fall back into a binge after about a month. its almost like i dont know whats happening. i feel like a black out right before im about to watch porn. so day one was easy. but im very scared for the "month hump" to come around. i dont want to relapse... very scared i will after a while..... need support and help!
