This is something I wrote in my journal that I think might help some fellow rebooters:
Habits are hard to change. And besides fapping to Pmo, some ways of thinking are also habits we need to quit.
Picture yourself having a not so good day. Before you decided to quit Pmo, you'd start feeling bad without knowing why. Then when you're in social situations, you're all up in your head making the most negative assumptions: "they're looking at me weirdly, they're judging me, I'm a weird person, I jerked off to some weird shit last night, I am bad person, I cant quit this shit, maybe it's who I am naturally, man I feel so bad, I said last time was the final time and im done with this, I'm a loser". Then you start comparing yourself with people who seem to be doing better. Then if you get one weird look or someone talks shit to you, this just reinforces your thoughts and you sink further into the shame. Then to feel better, you jerk off some more.
Now when you decide to quit and gather a good streak, you realize how your mind has been holding you back all this time. You can't get over these negative thoughts and just do cold turkey Pmo abstinence. To be free you have to change these thoughts. You have to believe you are free from Pmo, you dont have shame anymore, you are not anxious, you are not weird, you're not going back to Pmo. These are just some of the thoughts that will help you out. One of the things journaling has helped me with is recognizing the lies in my thinking, the negative stuff that doesn't help and replacing it with positive stuff, positive self talk. This is different according to the issues you face.
So what I'm realizing is I have to still keep reminding myself every now and then of the positive self talk. The body and mind have a way to always go back to old habits.
    Stay strong.

Looks like it's really working for you at 143 days! Wow! That's over twice my top record of 60 days! Big congratulations! I'm glad to see somebody with a similar mindset of replacing the negative thinking with the positive. I'm inspired!
