WET DREAMS

    now iam on my 51 st day of no PMO. on my 19 th day i had my first wet dreams in my entire life. i ejaculated. and after that on my 48 th day i think i ejaculated. i first thought it was in the dream. but after i saw my pants it was wet but absorbed. i just want to know about two thing. 1. should i have to reset .2. after having wet dreams and ejaculating on my 48 th day. i didnt wake up(iam not sure whether i ejaculated or not-- mostly i think i did) is it normal?

    You didn't do anything wrong. I wouldn't reset.

    Its quiet normal to have wet dreams. Its a natural process.

    A wet dream is not a reason to reset, you cannot control yourself while asleep

    Absolutely the right answer. I thought about an old saying in AA when I first started, "Keep It Simple" Somethings we simply cannot control. You did nothing wrong.

    There were a few times I didn't wake up after having a wet dream. I don't think it is a problem, as far as I know.

    I've never had a wet dream before but I know that wet dreams are quite normal. It is the bodies natural way to expel excess sperm, and you can't control it anyway.
