As you can see below, I'm at 62 fuckin days, this is awesome !
At first, I wanted to find a girlfriend, just like that would be the solution to my life. I had all wrong (my first post is now quite pathetic for me). However, this motivated me to subscribe on NoFap because I was starting to realize that I was completely addict to PMO.

So I subscribed, asked to this forum if somebody had this same "curse with girlfriends", and had few answers. BUT one people talked to me by MP (LustFREE), this is what he said to me:

"No, you're not cursed my friend... You're a teenager! DON'T be so hung up on losing your virginity or even being in a relationship. You're smart to wait until you're mature. Incidentally, you're English is fine.

From almost everything you write, you only lack quality self-esteem. Some of that self esteem comes from cutting out Fapping and any Porn. The Other part comes from setting goals and discovering yourself. What are your talents? What do you want to be? Describe your 'ideal' soul mate. If you could accomplish ANYTHING within the next 10 years, what would it be? What kind of life do you want to lead? Is religeon important? many many questions that you need to discover your relationship to yourself and 'the unverse' in order to better connect to 'a girl'.

Human sexuality is a tremendous gift. Make sure you are your BEST person and strive to be your best so you can GIVE your best to someone else.

Just some quick thoughts but -don't be too hard on yourself. Focus your energy on the positive and being creative-"


I followed this wonderful message word by word, and after stopping PMO, began to think about myself. My problem was my point of view (about myself, life, and others). So I came back to the start, and I TOTALLY changed my life to be the best that I could be !

For example, after thinking one whole day, I deduced that I was a very creative guy; so I quit taekwondo that I was doing for 9 years, to begin a more creative sport: hip-hop. I also assumed me and left my friends that limited me in my self-development. I also bought the best clothes that could fit me, and gave all my old clothes to NGO. These are few examples but I'm much more happy now.
While finding myself, I also started to stop focusing all my mind on girls.

After one month, I began to be invaded by girls in my arms, I felt like a chick magnet ! I was like WTF is going on ?!

The second month was the month of opportunities. When you have the mentality of a loser, you always think that a next bus will catch you, or you can't even see a bus. However, if you have the right mentality, you can see so many buses that will take you further that you can imagine ! Sometimes you have to run to catch these buses but it is worth. The movie YES with Jim Carrey is exactly illustrating my thoughts.

Now, my social and professional life is going better than ever. I'm no longer addict to M, and I found a wonderful girlfriend last week. Furthermore, I'm progressively finding myself and taking confidence.

I'm beginning the 3rd month, and I will keep you informed what will be the name of it.

Hey, I'm back on NoFap ! Unfortunately, I relapsed at 70-80 days and then I picked up my bad habits. I had a stressful job during this summer and this served me an excuse to PMO once a day.
Now, I have the feeling that I'm not as happy as the beginning of the summer, even if nothing is going bad. Furthermore, I want to find a new girlfriend (I broke up 3 months after the original post).

So I will try to do it again, as long as I can. And I will keep posting about the efficiency of a second session of Nofap.
