Hello @janovche. Have a look at The Glossary^, which will explain abbreviations and unfamiliar terms used on this site.

Also, have a look at http://www.yourbrainonporn.com/ which will explain a lot of the science behind it. Here's a summary from the site's admin, Gary Wilson. I will also post an age-related video about teenage addiction to porn + masturbation.

You need to click on another persons counter, any will do. This should act as a link to a google account login page. Login with your google account, or create one if you don't have one. Then you get to your kind of account page and you click add counter and then just follow the steps, and there will be a link which you copy and paste into your signature. You can edit your signature, it is an option when you click on your picture thing at the top.
