I'm on day 3. It's been SO difficult and I'm still currently in the danger zone

I have really been struggling today and I still can't believe I haven't relapsed yet. I don't intend to, but when there is this much pressure, I don't see a way out other than to M or PMO. Especially when I know the exact site I want to browse, and the exact video I want to watch. It's been on my mind all freakin' day. Hoping I make it through day 3!

Hey man.WHY do you want to go to this EXACT site with this EXACT video? And think of it all day long?
    Because its an addiction!
Paint a picture of yourself in your mind.See yourself doing what you intend to do with this exact video.
Now be strong and watch this scene (yourself in font of a screen) until the end.
This picture of yourself is NOT in your consciousness, but it stays in your inconsciousness until you stop doing it over and over again.
You deserve a better look on yourself.
And this is only one of thousand reasons to simply stop it.

    Remember it's all an illusion
    None of it is real.
    You're fapping over pixels...
Remember there's a whole crew behind the scenes. They use trick photography. They have multiple takes. It's no different than a Hollywood film.
And you're fapping over other people having sex which is sad when you think about it.

I know how difficult the first 2 weeks are but you'll look back in the future and be proud of yourself.
You'll be surprised what you're capable of buddy.

  5. I'm on Day Three too, and I often find it hard to prevent reset when my brain starts promising me it's "Going To Feel Good". I guess it's my brain tricking me into reset. You have to be strong, and remember why you don't want to reset in the first place. Don't focus on what the reset itself would feel like, but what the aftermath of the reset would feel like. Short story short, it would feel terrible.
