Are these good rules for my reboot?
    1. No looking at P artificially Intentionally and jerking to it or relapse
    2. No jerking off( means full boner hand on it) will be relapse
    3. Avoid touching thing especially when urges came wont be relapse but will prevent
    4. Fantisizing allowed but avoid them No relapses
    5. No orgasming on purpose will be relapse
    6. Allowed woman tennis unless TRUE URGES No relapses
    7. No porn subs (will be relapse if looked at for long time)
This applies to the past 3 weeks of my reboot and i havent done anything against the rules. I am having a problem with my reboot that its just not a good reboot. I want to relapse to start it over but i think the same things going to happen and it will be a cycle. Please help me! My reboot isnt good enough..

in what way do you want to change it? don't relapse, change the rules to what you now want to achieve but transfer your achievements to your new goals, don't just delete all the hard work

Fantasies are porn in your head. Doesn't matter if it's memories of past experiences, memories of porn, or fantasies about a woman you see. That last one is especially bad, because she didn't consent to you using her for sexual gratification. The other two are questionable as well, but I won't get into that in this post. They all stimulate unnatural dopamine release, which is probably what's making your reboot less productive.
If you want a powerful reboot, go hardmode. No sexual gratification at all. That means no touching, no ogling women, no porn/porn subs, no fantasies, etc.
And like Meer said, don't relapse in order to "start fresh." Instead, transfer your work over. If you were switching from one college to another, you wouldn't scrap all of your credits and start new, you'd transfer them, because that's the smart thing to do.

so many rules, i doubt they'll be effective. just like "just simply say "no"", too easy to be true. how about doing only one thing everyday for a month. like develop just a simple habit. i don't know. but dealing with urges are tough. for me doing mindfulness in a park is a good idea.

rules are only for rational mind, but when strong urges come back, emotional mind takes over, and all rules are broken

  9. No, unless you want it to be. However, fantasizing will only increase your urges, both in power and in number, making them harder to resist when they come.
