Need advice on my porn and alcohol addiction

    I been trying to get sober by recovering from two addictions porn/ masterbating and booze.
    I can get some amount of sobriety in both for a week or two, but then I'll relapse In one addiction to shortly after relapsing in the other addiction. This is been going on for over a year now .
    I would like to know has anyone been able to quit two addictions at the same time and have success ??

    I'm thinking of just trying to focus on one addiction at a time that being masterbating , and once I get some good sober time, I'll tackle my alcohol addiction. I do plan to cut back on drinking which for me is avoiding bars so I don't get wasted and fap.

    But I would like to know is tackling one addiction at a time the smart move ??

    Therapy can help. I am sure the therapy for both addictions wont be that different. You can try and tackle one but then again the other addiction can go out of control.

    Speaking from experience they may be tied together, as in drinking may trigger M'ing. I don't personally suffer from alcoholic addiction, but I can say when I was drinking or smoking weed I would often PMO at the end of the night.
