How to deal with strong urges

Take cold showers, exercise, go for a walk, talk to family and friends, leave your bedroom or desk and go to some people place, do some squats and pushups

 

Urges? Kick 'em in the BALLS!!!!!!

 

Two things:

1. Think about how you're going to feel afterward, once you've relapsed.
2. Go outside. Stay outside, or in public, where you cannot fap until the urge has subsided.
