I am embarrassed...

Male and currently 31.

I have been watching and viewing pornographic images since I was about 9 yo.
I was the victim of sexual coercion by the age 23.

Been many times porn was all I had for sexual release even at times when I had a relationship. I didn't want to bug my partner for sex, and therefore would turn to porn when the relationship was without affection.

My reason for wanting to quit, is after attending training about human trafficking and how closely the porn industry is tied to those crimes, I felt extremely disgusting knowing I had probably unknowingly watched someone who was a victim.

I actually am a defense instructor, and one of the things I teach is dating safety, rape prevention. I don't want to contribute to the human trafficking industry, and I don't like being addicted to anything. So here I am.

I have been without porn since Sept. 1st of this year, and though I know it is the right thing to do, struggling a lot as my relationship with my fiance has been nearly no sex at all.
