I was wondering If anyone here is familiar with this book? It is basically a self improvement book by Maxwell Maltz. I have it and I have red much about this book which states that our brains best understand pictures or visualisations for setting goals.
I haven't been patient enough to read and apply this book to my self cause of lack of energy and motivation but never the less I was blown away with this idea!! I would really like to hear some first hand experiences with this book if anyone red it yet?

Here is a link of explanation of what this book is about (self-image):

It really seems logical and insipiring but did you try out the visualisation technique for setting goals?

Hypnosis? That sounds like an easy access to the unconscious mind, how do you do it?

This lady has some good products: http://www.hyptalk.com/hypnosis-downloads
She also has a service where you can create you own scripts, and she will record them for you.
So you can really specify a recording to your needs if you want.

  8. try to get the original Maltz version not the 'revised' version. The older one is a lot more succinct and straightforward.

Definitely a classic. I have the original text. It is very much a precursor and catalyst for many of the modern day self improvemnt ideas circulating currently.
