Day 4 today,

Feeling good today, just tired but I think I'm keeping a good eye on that. I've been trying to take more active steps in this recovery. My girlfriend now knows I'm doing it. she knew previously I struggled with this, but she found out I'd been having relapses this weekend so I came clean about doing recovery. I also bought the PMO recovery book and am hoping to get educated about the nature of this addiction. The biggest thing for me is that I remain willing everyday to make the effort to recover. The days I stop showing that willingness to act I relapse. So right now it's about action for me. Hope everyone's killin it today!

 

Day 8 for me, start in the next few weeks and can go 90 days before Xmas, who is WITH ME???!!!!! Lets fucking do this!

At last I have my counter. Happy to have joined NoFap. It's the way to force me to make it till the end. I'm installing K9. I think it'll help when I feel the urge to watch porn.

 

k9 helps. I blindly typed my password so I don't have the temptation of uninstalling it when urges come. But even with K9 i found that theres still ways. The real victory comes with not entertaining the thought, even of looking at things that might trigger and if it does come to quickly crush it! Good luck and I'm here for you if u need anything

I competed today in a local taekwon-do tournament. I had a great time there, but when I fought in the contest, it could've been alot better. So, not simply the best experience I've ever had, after 2 years and 4 months without competing. But it's ok, because failing at first is always the key to become better.
