Hey guys, just starting but stuggling already.

Put it on a flash drive and then put that flash drive in front of your car tire and pull forward! GET RID OF ALL THAT CRAP NOW!! It's absolute garbage and no where near as good as your GF. It does NO good to hold on to garbage OR hold on to your past. The sooner you get rid of it- the sooner you'll start your actual path to real healing. Do something equally symbolic with/for your GF. Take her out to a nice dinner and a movie. TALK with her- communicate. Life is WAY too short to hold on to garbage and let it slow you down or ruin your life (or the lives of those you love or who love you).

 

You have to starve the demon man. Worst thing, absolutely worst thing is to negotiate with yourself or attempt to rationalize moderating your behavior without fully committing. If you do eventually the urges will win and will only become worse for you.

if you wanted to give up smoking you wouldn't keep cigs in the house. If you wanted to give up alcohol you wouldn't keep that in the house. So if you are serious about giving up porn why would you keep that in the house?
By keeping hold of your porn you are sub consciously telling yourself you are going to fail, and you are holding on to your porn because you will need it again when you do fail.
