I've tried everything I possibly can to break this.

I've tried avoiding the internet as much as possible, doing work, creating other habits, working out, gaming, and even punishing myself for breaking it.

    I keep making excuses.

I'm tired of living this life. So tired. I just want to be able to stop.

What helped me was quitting gaming and creating a journal here and yeah a good AP helps, too. People here post interesting things here that lead you to more understanding of the issues at hand. This article for example was key for me.

You can break free but completely healing will take time.
