    IggyIshness,

Your profile reads your only 14 years old. I can only share my experience. At that age I was mo and p was available at rare times. No internet. I had a lot of shame and guilt around pmo. My Dad just gave me a psychology book that read 95% of men have masturbated and the other 5% lied. It still didn't help but I was depressed and lacked social skills to talk to girls.

If you are 14 you are going through puberty and there is a lot of self-discovery to be made during this time. Don't get lost in fantasy. Take care of what is needed to be done in a day. Home work, go to school, work if you have a job, help your parents, find a hobby, etc.

If your having pain in your hand from m I doubt it's arthritis at your age. One of my friends (35 years old) hand was hurting really bad once. He went to the doctor. The doctor asked him what he had been doing. He said, "playing xbox". Halo first came out. He was playing it all the time. The doctor told him to stop and he did. The pain went away.

In my humble opinion at age 14 I think your being to harsh with yourself but you have to find what feels good for you.

    Take it easy

Ypou belive what people say on the internet? How can sometinhg so natural cause cancer? Exessive masturbation can weaken your immune system and you can have alot of vitamin decifiancies but it cant cause cancer cells.

Go to the doctor! If you have arthritis in all those places it CANNOT be osteoarthritis. Therefore IT MUST BE rheumatoid arthritis. That is a serious autoimmune, blood disorder. You can get a juvenile version of it. But it needs to be diagnosed and it can be treated. Please do not rely on your own guesswork when it comes to serious health matters. Take care pal.

What happen? What's going on? How did pmo start causing cancer? Weakening of the immune system, acnes, impotence, depression, low self esteem? I don't like to get into these conversation because everyone is trying to stop pmo on this but research is research. Research shows that when we masturbate to orgasm and/or have sex it reduces the chance of prostate cancer. My professor quoted straight from our Biology book in front of 400 plus college students.

Our white blood cell count goes up when males have frequent ejaculations (maybe protects the seeds from disease). Depending on the individual pmo could prevent impotence, depression, and low self esteem.

I guess for me. When I look at pmo causing a problem in my life. I look at the Diagnostic Statically Manual and look under any addiction. If one is preoccupied with it to the point that it interferes with ones daily activities then it maybe a problem. Also many variables with impotence. Honestly, if one hasn't been with a lot of girls nerves are going to play a part. Sex takes practice. It's like anything else in life. A lot of pressure on guys to preform and not all of us work that way. Men can wait to get to know a girl. Talk about have sex first. Worries, concerns. That might be helpful. Impotence is likely to happen at sometime in ones life.

Anyway it's a ying and yang conversation. A lot of research in this area needs to be done. At this time in my life pmo causes me to lose focus. Sometimes it's cost me money. The loss of money is what puts me into a depression and/or low self-esteem more than the act of pmo but I'm 44 years old, single, no kids. I don't want kids. Don't want to be married. Maybe one woman to share my life but that takes work and time. Personally, I would lay off the research and find out how pmo hurts you.

It's not absolute either. Certain times in our lives things affect us different. One point in my life I felt better focused after I pmo'ed. At this time in my life I think it gets out of control.

    Take it easy on yourself.
